Responsibilities
- *Greet customers and make them feel welcome *Work with the customer to identify the problem and present options *Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed *Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and customers *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
